Methinks he doth protest too much

There is a very funny rumor circulating and swirling about the web regarding the lineage of Congressman Tancredo from Colorado. The learned gentleman from Colorado has been on a virtual rampage trying to prove that he's a real American by rushing in where ever and whenever he can to raise the issue of "illegal aliens." There is a claim that perhaps his abuelito may have been a person who entered the county illegally.

Frankly, I would not be surprised to find out that in fact someone in Tancredo’s family background entered the country and was referred to as a person With Out Papers, i.e., WOP -- by some insensitive type.
